Within the basic subscription of Bumbal you have access to the integrated drivers APP. This APP can be downloaded free of charge in the Apple and Android APP stores. The APP is easy to use and provides a clear overview of the route that the driver will execute. As soon as a driver is connected to a ride, the specific driver sees that ride and all other necessary information of route and stops.
Do you prefer to work with other drivers APPs? That is also possible. If desired, we can link Bumbal to the concerning APP software. The automatic planning, the track & trace and the optional organization of delivery appointments can therefore simply be carried out with Bumbal. However, with the Bumbal drivers APP you have a fully integrated solution, at no extra cost.
The Bumbal drivers APP offers various options to make the delivery of products or execution of services on location even easier. It makes the paper route lists of drivers superfluous and offers the possibility to have customers sign for receipt digital. It is also possible to take photos of the delivery, to register shortcomings and to post any comments. In addition, the APP provides the facility for the planner to track the trip/route real time. The planner can provide customers with track & trace information and a digital packing slip if this is desired. With the Bumbal APP you immediately have all kinds of extra handy features. For example, sending specific driver instructions or even entire instruction documents. Simple for the driver and positive for the customer experience.
This year, a fully integrated navigation will also be available in the Bumbal drivers APP. Drivers no longer have to switch to an external navigation. The Bumbal drivers APP is not linked to the vehicle’s Canbus. It is therefore not possible to process driving behavior and fuel consumption. We have deliberately chosen not to do this because of our focus on information about the execution for the customer, driver and planner.
