Bumbal team grown to 20 people

Over the past period, the Bumbal team has expanded to a total of 20 people. The 4 women and 16 men occupy 15 FTE. This beautiful team works daily on smart software with the aim of combating waste. Of course, everyone has different duties and responsibilities. The team consists of the technical team (14 people working on the technical infrastructure, backend, frontend and system interacing), the support desk (3 people) and another 3 people in the general team (administration, finance, marketing and sales).

Team continues to grow

The team of 20 people will continue to grow. We are currently also looking for two full-time programmers:

Once these vacancies have been filled, our team will be in good shape for the coming period. Together we continue to work on a solid solution based on the latest techniques with more and more new functions and possibilities.

Romy introduces herself

“My name is Romy Chatelin and I have joined Bumbal’s IT team. In the near future I will focus on the links between our API and other systems. On paper I am a tax specialist, but after following a traineeship I have gained solid knowledge to get started as a software developer. Bumbal gives me the freedom and the opportunity to further develop myself. Instead of grappling with tax-related issues, I’m now puzzling my days away within Bumbal’s back-end code.”

From ‘home alone’ to together in the heart of Tilburg

Of course we have also worked from home in the past year. But now that we are carefully returning to a normal situation and we can visit the office more often, we have also expanded our office space immediately. We now occupy almost the entire ground floor of the beautiful office building at Nieuwlandstraat 48. An ideal home base in the bustling center of Tilburg, close to the central station.

Would you like to meet the Bumbal team in person or are you curious about the beautiful office where we are located? Please feel free to contact us. You are of course always welcome for a cup of coffee.
