The Bumbal academy was recently launched. This is the online training environment for (new) users of the transport software. Simply log in with your Bumbal account credentials. A series of instructional videos are available in this online environment for the roles of driver, planner and manager. This way you can get started with Bumbal very easily and you can get everything the software has to offer. Of course, these videos also serve as a reference for more experienced users.
The Bumbal Academy is intended to support the users of the transport software as well as possible. That’s why we added something new to the Bumbal academy. The written Bumbal manual is now also available via the Bumbal academy at https://bumbal.academy/. In the near future, our academy will continue to be expanded with new videos. These new videos will contain both existing and new functionalities. Parts such as the automatic appointment system and the track and trace option. But things like the drivers APP are also offered. In this way, it becomes increasingly easier to make optimal use of all the functionalities of Bumbal!
The Bumbal academy is a real godsend and is experienced as pleasant by many users. In addition, a lot of hard work is being done behind the scenes to develop the academy. New videos with clear explanations and a nice user-friendliness is also something we are constantly working on.
