Ecologistiek is a transport company specialized in sustainable furniture delivery. They also offer additional services such as temporary furniture storage and assembly. Not only by deploying a modern fleet, but also by participating in specific programs such as Trees for all. They now consciously choose Bumbal to achieve even more efficiency in trip/route planning.

With Bumbal appointments, Ecologistiek can offer the customers freedom of choice in the delivery date / timeslot. The options offered are filtered in advance by Bumbal (for example by day-region division) and calculated real-time by the planning algorithm in the running planning. Whichever option the customer chooses, it always fits efficiently into the planning. The Bumbal appointment solution prevents no-shows and unnecessary empty kilometers due to inefficient customer wishes regarding the delivery time.
Finally, an additional plus is that Ecologistiek can offer customers extra service via freedom of choice in the delivery date / time. Because several (pre-calculated) options are offered, the customer experiences this as having control over the agenda. That makes the customer happy!
At Ecologistiek, Bumbal is also directly connected to Salesforce, so that order entry and updates to Bumbal are fully automatized. This means no double order entry and it prevents incorrect or out-of-date information for planning. Very pleasant.
