For larger purchases that customers cannot take with them themselves, Spektuin takes care of the delivery with its own vehicles. By using Bumbal, Spektuin is taking an important step in the digitalisation of its logistics process. Thanks to a standard link with Mpluskassa, orders are automatically forwarded to Bumbal. This keeps the planning up to date and the planner is fully informed of all current deliveries.
Customer-oriented delivery options with appointment planner
One of the biggest advantages for Spektuin is the use of the Bumbal appointment planner. This allows customers to choose their own delivery time. The Bumbal algorithm automatically calculates all options in the current planning in the background. This way, every customer choice always fits efficiently within the schedule. The appointment planner not only ensures a better customer experience thanks to freedom of choice, but also optimal route planning without manual work. The result? Satisfied customers and efficient logistics.
Custom implementation and go-live
The go-live of Bumbal at Spektuin was carefully prepared. Bumbal support fully set up the account based on the specific wishes and business rules of Spektuin. After a test period and an active connection with Mpluskassa, everything was tested extensively. An online user training was also provided, so that the planner could get started right away well prepared. Spektuin is now fully operational with Bumbal and benefits daily from the convenience of automatic trip planning, track & trace and a smart appointment planner.
