This gives the planner access to the most up-to-date information at all times. With Bumbal, all routes and trips are scheduled daily in an automated and highly efficient way. Meanwhile, drivers can see exactly what needs to be done through the Bumbal Driver App! Thanks to real-time status updates, the planner maintains full oversight, and customers are proactively informed via track & trace. After delivery, they can also receive a digital delivery receipt by email, if desired. All this results in time savings, fewer kilometers and paper consumption and higher customer satisfaction.

Proactive customer communication via appointment scheduling software

Another major benefit for Puuur Interiors is Bumbal’s appointment scheduling feature. Some orders don’t yet have a delivery date when they’re transferred from Exact Online to Bumbal. In these cases, Bumbal automatically sets up a delivery appointment with the customer. The available delivery time slots are pre-calculated within the current planning, ensuring the selected option always fits efficiently into the route. Once the customer selects their preferred time, the appointment is instantly scheduled, and a confirmation email is sent. The planner still retains the flexibility to make adjustments if needed.
