Optimization implementation logistics software by student Richard Tax

Bumbal does not stand still and continues to develop and improve the logistics software. Richard, a student at the Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUAS), started his graduation assignment at Bumbal last February. This assignment runs until June 2023. During this period, Richard will work on the “continuous improvement program” of the Bumbal support and implementation team (the support desk).

Implementation & support

Implementation & support is an important part of guiding Bumbal users in a good way when using the logistics software. Bumbal’s support desk is there for specific user questions, but also for guiding new releases, for example. Bumbal has recently invested a lot of time and energy in both the support desk team and the supporting systems that go with it. This is to be able to carry out test, implementation and support activities properly. As a result, there is now a professional support desk organization. Get in touch here.

Logistics software – implementation optimization

Richard will work to further optimize the various processes surrounding implementation and support, in particular aimed at facilitating Bumbal’s growth ambitions. He will perform an extensive analysis that serves as a foundation for advice for continuous process optimization for implementation and support. We are very happy that Richard strengthens our team and takes on this great assignment for Bumbal.
