New email templates in Bumbal transport planner

Bumbal is the smartest and most user-friendly transport planner solution with an integrated communication system towards customers.

With this mail system you can send recipients a track & trace or digital packing slip automatically. These emails can be fully customized based on your own house style and design. Moreover, you can decide for yourself which standard texts and specific information you want to include in the e-mail. In this way you can create and send various templates yourself. Recently this new tool has been launched!

New Email Editor

This new editor has a number of advantages over the old feature. Previously, some technical knowledge was needed to create beautiful email templates. This is no longer the case. The new version is much easier to use. The layout of a new template can be completely customized by dragging content blocks to the template. You have different blocks like: text and images. This way you can compose a complete email very easily and in a few steps.

Transport planner & communication tool

In addition, we have made it easier to refer to items such as customer name, order number or arrival time to the template. From now on, only the item has to be selected and Bumbal will do the rest! In short, the mail template editor has been completely renewed to a more intuitive variant. For the technicians among us: don’t worry. It is still possible to set up templates entirely in HTML. Bumbal is not only useful for planning logistics transport, but can also be used for seamless communication between company and customer. This results in a better customer experience.
