Loft24 is a furniture company specialized in industrial and sturdy affordable living furniture. They deliver this via a web shop and a store in Ede. For more information, see also www.loft24.nl. Until recently, transport planning was done by hand and all communication to the drivers was done by telephone and on paper. Informing customers about the status of the furniture delivery was also an intensive job. After a free Bumbal test month and clear tuning of the possibilities of the standard Bumbal Woocommerce plugin, the delivery process is now fully automated.
With Bumbal, furniture delivery for Loft24 becomes a lot easier. The drivers know exactly what to do and which furniture to deliver where via the Bumbal drivers APP. The drivers immediately have (integrated) navigation, so that they no longer have to enter addresses manually. In the APP, all kinds of things related to the delivery can also be registered, such as start and end time of delivery, a signature and photos. This is readily available in Bumbal’s digital file. There is a better overview of the vehicles on the road, so that appropriate action can be taken more quickly on any deviations. That is really nice progress!
