Create the perfect delivery route with the master data survey

Soon the master data survey (survey) will be added again in the Bumbal drivers APP. This makes it possible to create the ideal delivery route. In the outdated version of the APP, this function was available, but was then removed. We found out that this feature offers a lot of added value and that’s why it will return in the APP! The master data survey is intended to record all relevant master data for the drivers during a first visit to a (new) permanent address. All data is now at your fingertips in the Bumbal drivers APP.

The Bumbal APP thus offers the possibility to store master data. By master data we mean aspects such as loading or unloading situation/registration procedure/port or door numbers/direction of site routing/…. Questions and answers can be registered in the survey with any photos that reinforce the data. Questions and answer types can be managed in the Bumbal survey settings. You can also link different survey types. Think, for example, of a certain survey for type of customer A and a certain survey for type of customer B.
