Bumbal’s planning software helps with challenges in furniture delivery

In furniture delivery you face all kinds of challenges. For example, think of:

  • organizing delivery appointments with the customer. Customers are often difficult to reach, which prevents them from making a delivery appointment. It is also often complicated to make a good match between customer preference on the one hand and efficiency in the ongoing planning on the other;

Bumbal calculates these available options in advance in the ongoing planning, taking into account all set rules, driving time and stopping time. The salesperson or customer service employee will then see these options. You can also directly request the track & trace status via the employee portal. Naturally, the planner has the track and trace status of all routes and stops along the way, as well as the digital file of the handling of the stops, which the driver registers via the integrated driver APP.

Automatic appointment scheduler

You can also choose to have customers make a delivery appointment within the current planning via the appointment software. Whichever option the customer chooses, it always fits efficiently into your schedule. After all, Bumbal has already calculated the options offered in advance. Finally, via Bumbal you also have the option to (automatically) provide the customer with a track & trace update and, if desired, to deliver a digital packing slip after delivery.
