Top Geleverd also uses the powerful appointment function of Bumbal. Orders without a previously agreed delivery time are automatically forwarded from Picqer. Bumbal then takes the initiative: the customer is offered a number of delivery options, which are calculated in advance in real time in the current planning. Whatever the customer chooses – it always fits efficiently into the planning.
As soon as the customer makes a choice, the delivery time is automatically planned and confirmed by e-mail. The planner retains the option to make manual adjustments if necessary. This combination of customer choice and planning efficiency offers the best of both worlds.
Seamless integration and error-free delivery
Deliveries that have been planned are immediately fed back to Picqer, provided with barcodes generated by Bumbal. This ensures a strong link between the picking process and the final delivery, which significantly reduces the chance of errors. In this way, Top Geleverd retains full control over the transport planning – from order entry to successful delivery.
