There are 4 subscriptions available at Bumbal: the go subscription that will get you started. This allows you to plan in an instant without hassle and you immediately have access to the driver APP. With the pro subscription you become a true planning guru because you have an advanced AI planning tool that is very easy to operate with additional, smartly adjustable components. You can expand the pro subscription if desired with an additional communication and appointment subscription. Finally, various exta add-ons are possible.
Go subscription applies to a maximum of 10 vehicles based on manual order entry – order Excel upload (no system interface) and only e-mail support, extra subscriptions and add-ons cannot be used and not all functions for automatic planning are available.

The Bumbal APP has the standard option to scan products via the load line per barcode / QR code (so per product or load unit) during a pick-up, drop-off or task. With the multi-scan option it is possible to scan multiple barcodes / QR codes at the same time. This also immediately indicates (via color layer red / green) whether or not a barcode / QR code has already been scanned (previously)
Within the pro subscription, both an Excel export function and a number of standard reports are available. If more or customized reports are desired and/or if reports should be automatically sent periodically by e-mail, additional reports can be made available.
An additional linked Bumbal test account is available with the same setup and settings as the Bumbal pro account so that testing can be carried out outside the live/operational environment, for example with settings or specific planning scenarios.
Optionally, an employee portal and/or an account portal can be used. Via the employee portal you can easily offer sales employees or customer service employees insight into the status of orders (including digital delivery dossier) and/or have appointments made for delivery without them having direct access to the planning. With the account portal you can give clients or agents insight into the status of only their own orders (including digital delivery dossier) and, if desired, also have orders entered.

With the Bumbal go subscription you can automatically plan in an instant as often as you want (also for multiple routes and multiple days), you have the driver APP and central insight into the status.
Pro subscription
With the Bumbal pro subscription everyone becomes a true planning guru. You have an advanced AI planning tool that is very easy to operate with extra smart business rules. Of course, with an integrated driver APP with which the driver is fully informed and can register everything along the way. With the pro subscription it is possible to connect Bumbal to other software systems for a fully automated order flow and our support desk will assist you personally online or by telephone.
Extra communication subscription
Do you want to keep your customers perfectly informed on the status? You can deploy the Bumbal communication subscription for that. In this way, customers are automatically and professionally informed on the current situation and as a user, you can quite easily set up and manage the email templates yourself.

In that case, Bumbal appointments is the very functionality for your organisation. Customers themselves can choose an option for service or delivery.
