Bumbal offers 4 different subscriptions. The first one is the Go subscription – a true started pack! This subscription allows you to schedule rides in no time and gives you access to the Bumbal drivers’ App. Next: the Pro subscription. The Pro version uses an advanced AI planning tool that’s easy to operate an has additional, smartly adjustable components. The third and fourth subscriptions are additions to the Pro subscription. There’s a subscription that combines Pro with Communication, and an additional subscription that combines Pro, Communication and Appointments.
Bumbal subscriptions
The Go subscription applies to a maximum of 10 vehicles based on manual order entry – order Excel upload (no system interface). Customer support is only available via email, extra subscriptions and add-ons cannot be used and not all functions for automatic planning are available.

The rates are based on monthly invoicing. It is possible to invoice the costs per year in advance, with a 10% discount applicable to the pro subscription (not applicable to Go subscription, extra subscriptions and add-ons).

Rates per request
The Bumbal App comes with the option to scan products by barcode or QR code – so per product or load unit – during a pick-up, drop-off or task. With the multi-scan function, you can scan multiple barcodes or QR codes at the same time. It will indicate – via a color layer; red/green – whether the code has already been scanned or not.
The Pro subscription comes with a number of standard report templates and an Excel export function. Reports templates can be customized. You can personalize the design, quantity and whether or not the reports should be periodically sent by email. The latter option will be automated.
Bumbal offers a test account in the Pro package. This feature allows an additional test account to be linked to your account. The test accounts will include the same setup and settings as your Pro account. Any testing, e.g. with specific planning scenarios, will happen outside of your active environment.
Adding this feature means adding an employee portal and/or an account portal to your Pro package. The employee portal will allow you to offer sales employees or customer service employees to follow the status of orders. This will include the digital delivery dossier. Your employees can also make appointments for delivery, without letting them access your delivery schedule. They will be offered a variety of timeslots to choose from that fit into your schedule. The account portal lets clients or agents know about only their own orders. This also includes the digital delivery dossier.
Go subscription
The Bumbal Go subscription lets you make an automated schedule, as often as you’d like. The Go package covers multiple routes and several days. The Bumbal drivers’ App lets you, your driver and your customer know about the delivery status.
Pro subscription
With the Bumbal Pro subscription, you transform into a true planning guru. You’ll have an advanced AI planning tool at your beck and call. The AI tool is easy to operate and includes extra smart business functions. Naturally, with the integrated drivers’ App you can register anything that happens during the ride, all the while keeping you and your driver up to date on the latest changes. The Pro subscription offers the function to connect Bumbal to other software systems, for a fully automated order flow. Our support desk is available to help you online or by phone.
Extra communication subscription
Do you want to keep your customers informed about the delivery status? The Bumbal Communication subscription is perfect for that! This package automatically informs your customers in a professional fashion about the status of delivery. As a user, you yourself can easily set up and manage the e-mail templates that are used for this purpose.
