With the integration of Bumbal, orders are automatically forwarded from Shopify to the Bumbal transport planning software. This keeps the planning constantly up to date and ensures that no order is overlooked. Moreover, trips and routes are optimized automatically on a daily basis, saving time and mileage. This creates efficient logistics!
Thanks to the seamless integration with the Bumbal Driver App, drivers-furniture makers are always fully informed about their tasks. The planner can track the status of trips in real-time, and customers are proactively informed via track & trace. In addition, they receive a digital delivery receipt by email after delivery. This not only ensures paperless administration but also leads to satisfied customers, drivers-furniture makers, and planners.
Mublio also uses Bumbal’s unique appointment scheduling feature. This allows customer service representatives to choose a suitable delivery or service time together with the customer. The available options within the current schedule are calculated in real-time and confirmed immediately. The customer receives a confirmation via email right away. This system offers both flexibility and service for the customer and efficient planning for Mublio—a perfect balance between flexibility and optimization!
