The timeframe shown to your customer is based on your scheduled time. The time shown in the portal is rounded to the nearest quarter of an hour, and you yourself can determine the length of the window (e.g. 15 minutes, half an hour, an hour, etc.). On the day of delivery, your clients can view the latest updated ETA via this URL. Behind the scenes, Bumbal uses the Bumbal driver\u2019s app to estimate how long it will take your driver to reach the client\u2019s location.<\/p>\n<p>Communication is key. You can use the status update function to inform your customer of any changes in schedule.
