Our mission is to stop wasting time, kilometres, and paper. We want to make the world more sustainable and people\u2019s lives easier. Focus on what makes you happy: your organisation, your end customer, and, of course, nature.<\/p>\n

We want to achieve our goals by having our advanced software used on-site by organisations that deliver or provide services on location. Bumbal is easy to use and super advanced at the same time. Our solution is based on the clever, organic manner in which bumblebees and honey bees cooperate. The bumblebee solves complex transport problems via the travelling salesman principle. Save time<\/h3>\n

Last year, Bumbal users saved over 80,000 hours of planning time. This is because the planner\u2019s work changes from \u2018planning things themselves\u2019 to \u2018monitoring that everything is fine\u2019. This can reduce the planning time by up to 50%. The planner themselves always remains in control of the planning; at any time, they can adapt the automatic planning according to their wishes. In addition, you can save time on scheduling a suitable delivery time with your customer, all while you keep your customer informed of the delivery status.<\/p>\n

Saving time isn\u2019t the only priority. Manpower must also be spent wisely. We want to avoid any unnecessary phone calls or email exchanges. No one wants to feel like they are pestering their customers with another phone call about an adjustment in schedule. With Bumbal, you can avoid all of this. Less wasted kilometres<\/h3>\n

Last year, Bumbal users already saved over 4.7 million kilometres during rides! This was thanks to better loading, more efficient routes, and fewer no-shows. Our smart software sees to it that every route is the most efficient route. As a result, you quickly and effectively drive fewer kilometres. Bumbal comes with optional added features \u2013 e.g., allowing the customer to pick a time for the delivery or service. In doing so, Bumbal only allows the customers to choose from time slots that fit in efficient routes in the current planning.<\/p>\n

Finally, Bumbal users saved roughly 6 million sheets of A4 paper. Normally, route schedules were handed out to the drivers on paper, but with Bumbal, they are now processed digitally \u2013 via the Bumbal drivers\u2019 app. The app also allows the driver and planner to follow events in real-time. The driver can upload any updates, signatures, photos, or status, and the planner can check on these at any time.
\nAnother feature of Bumbal is that you can send the customer a digital packing slip. This is also a way in which Bumbal saves paper! With this packing slip, you can include a signature and photos of the delivery if needed.<\/p>\n
