The Bumbal Software for making appointments sends your customers an automatic confirmation email or SMS when their data have been received. Bumbal takes the customers\u2019 preferences and generates a draft-route. It\u2019s now up to you to check the draft, make necessary changes (if any) and convert it into the definitive planning. If you so desire, Bumbal will send an automated message of the definitive ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival). This kick-starts the Track and Trace. Bumbal automatically checks whether the NAR data (Name \u2013 Adress \u2013 Residence) whether the entered address can be found \u2013 a so-called geolocation check. The scheduling algorithm needs an existing address in order to perform, which makes the NAR check essential! The check compares the entered data with data from 3 places: Bumbal\u2019s own database, public databases and Google Maps. If the entered address can\u2019t be found, the software will alert the customer and lets them change the address in the customer portal. The essence of the customer portal is the choice of date and time-slot. The customer beforehand receives filtered and calculated options, that are available within the current planning. The time-slot options are sorted and presented (by date) in series of 5. If the first series offers no suitable time-slot for your customer, they can scroll to the next series of options.
