Profeq is an independent wholesaler specialized in office furniture. They have been active in supplying high-quality office furniture and business inventory for trade organizations since 1995. They do this from both their online webshop and their own showroom in Kerkrade. In addition, Profeq has its own workshop for production and customization. Labor-intensive route planning is a thing of the past<\/h2>\n

Profeq mainly uses its own vehicles to deliver this office furniture. At the moment, these are still planned by hand, drivers are often instructed on paper and customers are kept informed of the status of the delivery by telephone and manual email. This is a very labor-intensive project and therefore there is often no time to plan routes as efficiently as possible every day. With the use of Bumbal, Profeq will be carrying out a major modernization effort.<\/p>\n

Planning routes with Bumbal delivers results<\/h3>\n

Trips and routes are planned automatically and efficiently every day with the transport software<\/a>. Drivers are aware of all stops and additional information they need for delivery. This communication runs via the seamlessly integrated Bumbal drivers APP. The planner is aware of the status of trips in real time. Finally, customers are proactively informed as standard via the track & trace<\/a> information they receive. This means savings in time, kilometers and paper and happy customers, drivers and planners. Planning routes with Bumbal is easier, faster and much more efficient!<\/p>\n

That’s another 1,000 bees!<\/h3>\n

In addition to improving our planning tool, we are also working on our sustainability goals. One of these is to adopt as many as 10 bee colonies by 2025. Bees and Bumblebees are ideal for a sustainable world. Now that Profeq is working with Bumbal, we are adopting 1,000 bees \/ bumblebees. We do this again for every customer.
